According to Michelin's write-up of the eatery, Augustine’s features a "laidback and modern" space and boasts meals like low-stewed, grass-fed Longhorn beef served with pasta topped with goat milk ricotta; pork chop paired with a pecan and onion ash; and sweet desserts like cannoli.

Meanwhile, Osteria Padre Pio offers authentic Italian dishes like baked corvina, "silky" pappardelle, and house-made limoncello, according to Michelin's write-up.

As for Yonkers, which earned No. 7 on Realtor.com's list, the median listing price is $271,250, which is over $1.3 million less than New York City's.

The city also boasts a Michelin-recognized restaurant: Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, located at 1955 Central Park Ave., which is famous for its wood-fired pies.

Michelin writers recommended that visitors grab the original tomato pie with mozzarella or the famous white clam pizza.
