YONKERS, N.Y. -- Homeowners and residents of Yonkers are upset with the Department of Public Works and its ability to remove snow from city streets after the latest storm, according to News 12 Hudson Valley.
Residents have been critical of the Yonkers DPW's efforts to clear city streets of snow.
