Separate Car/Motorcycle Crashes Occur On Sprain, Route 9A

Two separate crashes involving a car and motorcycle occurred Sunday afternoon in Central Westchester.

A serious crash involving a motor vehicle and motorcycle caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway.

The crash, reported at 2 p.m., was just south of the Jackson Avenue exit in Greenburgh.

The other car/motor cycle crash was reported at 2:15 p.m. on southbound Route 9A near Pleasantville Road in Mount Pleasant.
