Hosted at the Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church, this program is facilitated by Father Nikolas, a seasoned addiction counselor with extensive experience helping individuals overcome their challenges to realize a brighter path. The program is a collaborative effort sponsored by the Westchester Department of Health, the Center for a Tobacco-Free Hudson Valley, and the American Lung Association.
The FFS program is designed to guide you through the quitting process with a comprehensive curriculum. Sessions will take place every Monday evening from 6—8 p.m. providing flexibility for those who prefer to attend in person or join virtually. This dual option ensures that participants can access support regardless of their location or schedule.
Participants in the program will receive non-pharmaceutical quit kits and a $50 pharmacy gift card to support their journey. Additionally, for each session attended, a $10 incentive is offered, adding an extra layer of motivation. For those who refer someone to the program, a $50 incentive is available, provided the referred individual completes the entire program.
