Opening Date Now Scheduled For New Westchester Whole Foods Store Whole Foods has set a target date of Wednesday, Nov. 7 for its grand opening at Chappaqua Crossing, according to New Castle Supervisor Robert Greenstein. Greenstein called it good news for the mixed use development at the former Reader's Digest headquarters since other potential tenants will likely begin signing leases, including a coffee shop, pet store and bank.  "It's nice to know that Whole Foods is starting work and has a firm opening date," Greenstein told DailyVoice.
