Former Yonkers Resident Patricia Harsche, 89, Loved Music, Dance Patricia June (Gandee) Harsche, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Yonkers, died on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019 at age 89. She was born July 12, 1930 to Walter and Veronica (Palyo) Harsche. Pat was an accomplished Gold status Arthur Murray dance instructor and awarded a scholarship in classical piano from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Music.  Travels took her to Mare Island, CA where she pursued her love of the arts in ceramics, pottery and stained glass and ran the Teen Club. She also lived in Norfolk, VA, Nagasaki, Japan and Oxnard, CA. Later she lived in Washington, D.C., where …
