The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 58-year-old Juanito Soto, who has reported an address change from an apartment on Ludlow Street to a residence on Van Cortlandt Park Avenue in Yonkers. House Painter Sentenced For Sexually Abusing Girl, 5, In Westchester Home A house painter working in a Westchester home has been sentenced to nearly a decade behind bars and will register as a sexual offender after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl. Port Chester resident Fabio Coutinho, 42, has been sentenced to eight years in state prison, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sexual act, a felony, earlier this year.
