Man Riding Scooter Seriously Injured In Crash Involving Westchester Driver In Fairfield County A man operating a scooter was seriously injured after he was struck by a vehicle driven by a Westchester man in Fairfield County. It happened on Friday night, Feb. 14. At approximately 9:53 p.m., the Bridgeport Emergency Communications Center received a telephone call from Bridgeport Hospital stating it had a male party in its emergency department who was struck by a car. At 10 p.m., the patrol division was dispatched to Bridgeport Hospital to investigate.  It was determined the crash had occurred at the intersection of Boston Avenue and Remington Street at approximately 8 p.m., said…
