Samuel Oswald Talbot, 79, Mount Vernon Resident, Real Estate Broker Samuel Oswald Talbot, 79, of Mount Vernon died on Saturday, April 25.  Born on May 28, 1940, Samuel was a real estate broker and longtime resident of Mount Vernon.  He is survived by his wife, Cicely; children: Ingrid, Kenlyn (Leslie), Coleen, Jennifer, Adrian, Staye, Leeann, Lauren, Brian, Anthony and Brent; 18 grand children and 4 great-grandchildren.  Samuel Oswald TalbotContributed Samuel will be remembered for his kindness, intelligence, and willingness to help others. Real Estate Broker, Developer Bill King Of Goldens Bridge Dies At 49 William C. King of Goldens Bridge died suddenly on Wednesday, Feb. 7.He was 49. Bill graduated from Walter Panas High School in 1986, and worked in real estate as a real estate broker and developer for the last 31 years. He was also a volunteer firefighter for the Goldens Bridge Fire Department since 2011. Bill is survived by his wife: Michelle (DeSalvo) King; a daughter: Samantha King (13) and son: Billy King (10); his brothers: Warren King Jr. (Donna) of Roseland, NJ, and Charles King (Bessy) of Cortlandt Manor, as well as his niece Caroline and four nephews, Warren, Charlie, Grant and Hu…
