Teens Become Combative, Physical With Police Breaking Up Scarsdale Party A group of potentially intoxicated teenagers became “combative” with police who attempted to break up a house party in Westchester following multiple noise complaints over the weekend. Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night, officers were dispatched to a Berkeley Road home in Scarsdale, following reports of a noise complaint.
