Teen, Juvenile Girl Caught After Leading Cops On Chase In Stolen Car In Westchester: Police Both a 19-year-old man and a juvenile girl were arrested after allegedly leading authorities on a lengthy chase throughout numerous busy parkways in Westchester in a stolen vehicle, police said.  The incident began on Wednesday, April 19 around 3:30 a.m., when police were alerted of a stolen Honda Civic with Florida plates, according to Westchester County Police Public Information Officer Kieran O'Leary.  Soon, County Police located the vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway near the Route 100 exit in Yonkers and tried to pull it over.
