These Westchester Hospitals Get 'A' Grade For Patient Safety: New Report Several hospitals in the Hudson Valley have earned top marks for keeping patients safe, according to a new report.  Five hospitals in Putnam and Westchester counties were given an "A" grade for patient safety in a new Fall 2024 report released on Friday, Nov. 15 by the Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit watchdog organization that advocates for safety in hospitals.
