Westchester Sets Aside $5.7M For Land To Build Affordable Housing In Yonkers, Ossining Westchester County officials have allocated $5.7 million to purchase land that will be used for planned affordable housing construction projects.  The allocations were made official by Land Acquisition Acts signed by Westchester County Executive George Latimer, county officials announced on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
