ICE Releases College Student From Westchester
The high school graduate from Westchester County who was detained for more than a week by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents after she was stopped at a bus stop near her college has reportedly been released. Last week, Lissette Rodriguez-Cortes, who graduated from White Plains High School, was detained by federal officers near Bryant & Stratton College in Syracuse, charging her with violating the Immigration and Nationality Act.
