Man Faces 20 Years In Prison For Fatal Rockland Shooting, DA Says A 34-year-old man will be sentenced to 20 years in prison later this year after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the death of a Rockland County man. Jason Jabouin, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, pleaded guilty on Thursday, May 20 to manslaughter in the killing of Ryan Franklin in May 2020 in Nyack, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E.
