Yorktown Police arrested Michael A. Drunk, Nearly Naked Man Caught Trying To Run Onto Area Roadway, Police Say A strange scene unfolded in Putnam County when a “highly intoxicated” man began undressing himself before attempting to run into a roadway to avoid troopers attempting to arrest him, state police said. Troopers were dispatched to Tanglewylde Road in Putnam Valley shortly after 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, where there was a report of “an unknown disturbance.” Upon arrival at the scene, troopers found Lake Peekskill resident Anthony Massaro, 33, intoxicated and face down on the ground, screaming for assistance.
