Westchester Man In Parked Car At Diner Caught With Cocaine, Drug Paraphernalia, Police Say A Westchester man parked outside a Fairfield County diner is facing drug charges after being caught with cocaine and allegedly smoking marijuana in the parking lot, police said. Officers from the Wilton Police Department approached Bronxville resident Gustavo Paulino in his car at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Orem’s Diner when they smelled burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle.
