13-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Car In Westchester A 13-year-old girl is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle while crossing a Sleepy Hollow street. The incident took place around 3 p.m., Thursday, May 2, on Beekman Avenue and Andrews Lane, said Sleepy Hollow Police Chief Anthony Bueti. According to Bueti, the 13-year-old Sleepy Hollow resident was attempting to cross the roadway when she was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Beekman Avenue. Numerous Road Closures As Two-Alarm Fire Sweeps Through Sleepy Hollow Firefighters from several departments are battling a two-alarm blaze in Sleepy Hollow The blaze at 7 Barnhart Ave., was reported around 2:46 p.m. Thursday, March 7, officials said. Sleepy Hollow Police said numerous roads are closed in the area including Barnhart, Clinton Street, Andrews Street, and Beekman. Motorists are asked to avoid the area to allow for emergency vehicles.
