Yonkers Design Students Showcase Garments In Annual Fashion Show

YONKERS, N.Y. – Students of Saunders Trades and Technical High School Fashion Design recently showed off their creative skills in the Yonkers school’s annual fashion show.

The garments created this year exhibited the theme, “Red, White and You.” Garments were made at the Grand Roosevelt Ballroom in Yonkers.

The Fashion Design program highlights the art of clothing design, assembling, fitting and finishing, pattern making, related arts, textile science and computer assisted design, according to the Yonkers School District website.
