WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty held its annual Awards Ceremony recently at the Pearl River Hilton. The ceremony also saluted Chief Executive Officer Marsha Rand for her 30 years in the real estate business.
