YONKERS, N.Y. -- Seven storefronts in a Yonkers strip mall were destroyed by a three-alarm fire on Wednesday evening that injured two firefighters, according to LoHud.com.
Five of the seven storefronts at 5 Caryl Ave. were occupied and will likely remained closed for a "significant amount of time," according to the article.
The firefighters reportedly suffered only minor burns and no one else was hurt.
