YONKERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Yonkers man with aggravated driving while intoxicated after an accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway on Thursday, April 24, police officials said.

Photo Credit: FileJohn F. Kiernan, 47, provided a breath sample that yielded a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent, more than twice the legal limit. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Monday, May 5, according to state police.
