Cornelius S. Doss, 35, was pulled on the Sprain Brook Parkway for sppeding and not having a front license plate on his vehicle. Further investigation revealed Doss was allegedly intoxicated, State Police said.
Doss is scheduled to appear in Yonkers Court on Wednesday, April 2, police said.
