YONKERS, N.Y. – Yonkers police have identified a 27-year-old woman who was found dead in her car on North Broadway on Saturday.
Tina Campbell was found dead in the back of her Jeep outside of a florist shop on North Broadway, according to News 12.
The Westchester Medical Examiner's Office said the death doesn't appear suspicious, but an autopsy has yet to be performed, reported News 12.
Yonkers Police said they received a call of woman who was unresponsive in the back of a red Jeep parked at 47 North Broadway at around 1 p.m. Saturday.
Medics pronounced the woman deceased at the scene inside of the rear of the vehicle, police said.
Members of the Detective Division are investigating this incident as a possible overdose at this time, pending further review of evidence, according to Yonkers Police.
Initial investigation has revealed that the deceased was in the vehicle the previous night and at some time expired, according to police.
