Salary Increases By 2 Percent For Yonkers Fire Officers

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The city Fire Officers Union has worked out a contract with Yonkers that will span 10 years, according to lohud.com.

The Yonkers Uniformed Fire Association officers are getting a 2 percent salary increase per a new 10-year contract.

Annual pay increases of around 2 percent until 2019 will be given to the Yonkers Uniformed Fire Association officers. It will include back pay from 2009, when the previous contract ended, said the lohud.com report.
