An unidentified man was hospitalized with minor injuries after a two-alarm fire broke out in a two-story, wood-frame house on 20 Cox Ave. in Yonkers on Saturday morning.
The fire began around 9:30 a.m. on the first floor before spreading to the second floor as the homeowner was able to make it out of the home, along with his three dogs, according to multiple reports.
The fire was controlled in approximately one hour.
