Man Charged With Impersonating Police Office In Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. – Yonkers detectives have arrested a man who they say tried to pass himself off as a police officer, according to a report by News12.

The man was arrested Saturday at a local delicatessen after police said he identified himself as a cop to someone who is an actual New York Police Department officer, the News12 story said.
