YONKERS, N.Y. -- City firefighters want the Supreme Court to prevent a Lowe's home improvement store from going into Ridge Hill shopping center until construction is done or planned of a new firehouse, according to lohud.

Firefighters are "not in danger from any building" at the plaza, Yonkers fire Commissioner Robert Sweeney told lohud.
