Cunha was born Nov. 19, 1940, in Lisbon, Portugal, to Antonio Caetano and Maria Conceiao (Rego) dos Santos. She worked as a sewing machine operator for Local 98. She was a Yonkers resident since 1967 , and a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church and belonged to the Nocturnal Adoration and the Prayer Shawl Group.
Cunha is survived by her son, Antonio Cunha (Annette) of Carmel; daughter, Maria Leonor da Silva (Tony) of Yonkers; brothers, Orlando dos Santos of Vero Beach, Fla., and Joao dos Santos of No.Carolina; and four grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17 at Sacred Heart Church. Interment will be in Portugal.
