Smiarowski was born April 20,1962, to Francis and Audrey Mitsakos O'Loughlin in the Bronx. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Yonkers.
Smiarowski is survived by her son, Joseph Smiarowski of Staten Island; brother, Thomas O'Loughlin of the Bronx; sister, Karen Hawkins of Norwood, N.J.; longtime companion, Sal Barone; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Monday, Jan. 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home. Final disposition will be private.
