YONKERS, N.Y. - Rose T. McGovern, a former resident of the Bronx and Yonkers, Oct. 24. She was 87.
McGovern is survived by her children, Patrick (Mary), John (Cathy), Ann (Dennis) Flood, Margaret (Kevin) Bailey and Michael; and 13 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael; daughter, Mary Margaret; and grandson, Daniel Bailey.
Calling hours are Sunday, Oct. 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., 732 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY 10704 (914) 375-1400. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28 at St. Bartholomew's Church with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
