YONKERS, N.Y. – Ronald Belizze of Yonkers died Nov. 28 at Columbia University Medical Center of heart failure. He was 77.
He was born Nov. 7, 1935, in the Bronx, N.Y., to Anthony and Rose Belizze. He married Theresa Tamburri on Sept. 21, 1958, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in the Bronx. Belizze worked as a management supervisor for Con Edison for more than 32 years.
He is survived by a daughter, Theresa; a son, Ron (Nikki); and two grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife; a son, Anthony; two brothers, Louis and Salvatore.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday, at St. Ann's Church in Yonkers. Burial will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx. Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m.l Saturdayl and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.l Sundayl at F. Ruggiero and Sons Funeral Home in Yonkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
