YONKERS, N.Y. - Robert Angelo Rubino of Yonkers died Saturday, July 6. He was 65.
Rubino was born March 8, 1948, in Yonkers, son of Angelo Robert and Laura (Renzi) Rubino. He served in the army during the Vietnam war and was employed by the NYCHA as a mason.
Rubino is survived by his sisters, Barbara Engelhardt, Joan Giallorenzi; six nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Laura Jane Rubino.
Calling hours are Wednesday, July 10 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 11 at St. Ann's Church, 854 Midland Ave., Yonkers. Interment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers.
