Santasieri served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and retired as an insurance underwriter from Hartford Insurance Company.
Santasieri is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Carol (Dana) Palmer, Michael Santasieri, Debbie (Christopher) Citrone, Steven Bowers and Lynn (Jeffery) Nole; six grandchildren; and a great granddaughter.
Calling hours are Thursday, Sept 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 20 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 in Our Lady of Fatima Church. Interment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
