Biscardi was born May 18, 1925, in Bronx, N.Y., to Luigi and Beatrice Cerone Biscardi. He served in the Navy from 1943 to 1946 and later worked as an accountant.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Auriti Biscardi; and a son, John Biscardi.
Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Sinatra Memorial Home in Yonkers. The funeral will be held at noon Saturday at St. Joseph's Church in Bronxville. Burial will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
