YONKERS, N.Y. - Dorothy Eger of Yonkers died Nov. 18. She was 90.
Eger was born in the Bronx to Louis and Rose DeFino Principe. She worked for the New York City Board of Education until her retirement.
Eger is survived by her children, Peter (Barbara) and Louis Eger and Diane (Robert) Marrama; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Principe; and brother, Anthony Principe.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Flower Funeral Home Inc., 714 Yonkers Ave. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at Annunciation Church in Crestwood. Interment at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
