YONKERS, N.Y. -- Dorothea C. Burns, 56, of Yonkers, died Monday, Feb. 9.
Born Dec. 20, 1958, in New York City, she worked as a psychologist for the Westchester County Department of Social Services in Yonkers for many years.
Burns was a parishioner of the Monastery Church of the Sacred Heart in Yonkers.
Survivors include her daughter, Keri Anne McGuiness.
Calling hours will be 6-9 p.m. Friday, at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave., Yonkers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Sacred Heart, 110 Shonnard Place, Yonkers.
