YONKERS, N.Y. -- Daniel "Danny" P. DeRosa, a former Yonkers resident, died at age 60 on Sunday, Jan. 18.
Danny was born Jan. 29, 1954, in Yonkers, the son of Daniel J. and Angelina (Dolly) DeRosa.
He is survived by his wife, Maryann (Petryssyn) DeRosa; his mother, Dolly DeRosa; his son, David Janeczko; his sister, Mary (James) Marchionno; and his brother, Joseph (Domenica) DeRosa. Also surviving are three nieces and a nephew.
Friends may visit on Friday, Jan. 23, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Sinatra Memorial Home Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. The funeral will be Friday at noon at St. Bartholomew's Church, 15 Palmer Road, Yonkers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Guiding Eyes for the Blind, 611 Granite Springs Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
