YONKERS, N.Y. – Ann DeRosa of Yonkers died Dec. 10. She was 96.
DeRosa was born March 9, 1916, in Simpson, Pa., to Constantine and Sophia Gaya Kozier. She was a retired school lunch aide for the Yonkers Board Of Education. She was married to Nunzio DeRosa, who predeceased her.
She is survived by a daughter, Clarann Papitto, of Ramsey, N.J.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. DeRosa was predeceased by a son, Raymond McCubbin.
Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Sinatra Memorial Home in Yonkers, with a prayer service starting at 7 p.m.
