YONKERS, N.Y. – A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night in relation to the fatal shooting of Tyrone Arthur, 38, of Yonkers that occurred on Dec. 27, Yonkers police said on Wednesday morning.
Daquann Stinson, 19, of School Street in Yonkers, was placed under arrest and taken to the city jail.
The homicide investigation is active and ongoing, police said.
Arthur died shortly after being shot after leaving a candlelight vigil.
