Yonkers Mayor Spano Meets With Mexican Delegation

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano welcomed Mexican Sen. Ernesto Leyva Córdova, city of Serdan Mayor Juan Navarro, and a delegation of more than 25 Mexican officials and Business Leaders City Hall on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Spano and the Mexican delegation discussed the importance of a strong relationship between Yonkers and Mexico as the Mexican population in Yonkers continues to grow.

Prior to the round table discussion, Spano presented the delegation with a key to the city.

Spano and the delegation then went to lunch at Tacos Poblano at 122 Nepperhan Ave.
