Yonkers Family Suspects Foul Play In 2-Year-Old's Death

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The biological parents of a 2-year-old boy who died while in the care of a Yonkers foster family suspect foul play, according to News 12 Westchester.

Maurice Cosme was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, April 20, and was pronounced dead. The Yonkers foster family claims the child had a medical history, but Cosme's birth parents disagree, News 12 Westchester said. 

Yonkers police have said the child's death remains an open investigation, News 12 Westchester reported.
