YONKERS, N.Y. – City officials are expected to vote on a $12,500 excessive force lawsuit settlement on Tuesday, reports lohud.
Anthony Biondi sued police and the city in 2012. Biondi alleged that officers broke his arm in a Nov. 15, 2010, arrest, according to the report.
