YONKERS, N.Y. -- Mayor Mike Spano joined Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Assemblywoman Shelley Mayer and City Council members Michael Sabatino and Christopher Johnson to begin the demolition of 24 Warburton Ave., which is being torn down to pave way for the second phase of the Saw Mill River Daylighting - known as Mill Street Courtyard.
