Sign Up For MetroCard When Mobile Van Stops In Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Westchester County’s full-service MetroCard Mobile Van will be coming to Yonkers to assist riders interested in purchasing a MetroCard.

The Westchester County MetroCard Mobile Van will be in Yonkers on selected dates through December.

Here is the schedule of dates and locations the van will be in Yonkers through December:

Oct. 23 at the Metro-North Railroad Station, 5 Buena Vista Ave. from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Oct. 24 at the Metro-North Railroad Station from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Oct. 25 at the Will Library,1500 Central Park Ave. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Nov. 20 at the Metro-North Railroad Station from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Nov. 21 at the Metro-North Railroad Station from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Nov. 22 at the Will Library from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dec. 18 at the Metro-North Railroad Station from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Dec. 20 at the Will Library from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

MetroCards can be used on the county’s Bee-Line bus system as well as New York City’s transit system.

In addition, staff will be available to explain rates, discounts and answer any questions.
