The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Tuesday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 42-year-old Rocco Graziosa, who has reported a move to an apartment on Fortfeild Road in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Graziosa as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Graziosa had sexual intercourse and sexual contact with his 21-year-old victim, who was incapable of consenting, in January 2004. He was arrested by the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit and sentenced to six years probation in August that year. He remains under the jurisdiction of police in Yonkers.
