The village, in conjunction with the US Department of Defense, honored those veterans who served in the Vietnam War. It's the 50th anniversary of the U.S. involvement in the war.

According to the National Vietnam Veterans Association, of the 2,709,918 Americans who served in Vietnam, less than 850,000 are estimated to be alive today; the youngest American Vietnam veteran's age is roughly 58 years old. More than 50,000 American service personnel died in Vietnam.

This year's Grand Marshal was Beatrice Gorman.
