YONKERS, N.Y. -- A stretch of the northbound Bronx River Parkway in Yonkers has reopened on Monday morning after a crash in which a car landed in the river.
The closure following the 8:20 a.m. crash was at Exit 10A - (Yonkers Avenue).
There are still heavy delays in the area.
Information regarding possible injuries has not been released.
