Sehgal, of New Rochelle, will be working with Dr. Sara Sadan, director of Breast and Women’s’ Medical Oncology, Dr. Anney Mannacheril, Dr. Joshua Raff, Chief of Oncology & Hematology, and Dr. Yael Zack.
Sehgal received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, her medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey- Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She completed a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the North Shore/Long Island Jewish University Hospital. Dr. Sehgal is board certified in Internal Medicine, and board eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
Sehgal’s research has been published in several respected academic journals and has presented at numerous regional and national conferences. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association and the American Associations of Physicians of Indian Origin.
