Dress your pet in a Halloween costume for the parade and be eligible to win prizes including cutest pet, most unusual costume and best costume.
The parade will begin at 1 p.m. at 1 Pierpont Street.
Directly following the parade the Science Barge will hold pumpkin painting and the Riverfront Library will show "Scary Movie 5."
